Leeds Grand Mosque - Finances UpdateIn The Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful Dear Brothers and sisters, At the end of this blessed month and towards reaching its close departure, the month in which the prophet (PBUH) was the most generous and giving, the month in which rewards are multiplied many many folds, where golden opportunities are given to those who seek Allah's pleasure at all times. I would like to congratulate our generous community for their large contribution during the blessed month of Ramadan. We managed to raise the sum of £35,000 by the grace of Allah (SWT) and the sincerity of our dear brothers and sisters in helping out and in, wanting to gain the utmost of rewards. That goes to show that when we are faced with obstacles we always rise to the challenge. When doors are closed in our faces we have lots of sincere hands to push those doors open and let us through. When we reached out to you brothers and sisters explaining the Financial status of the mosque and the expenses needed to fulfil our duty as a management committee towards the attendee of this mosque in carrying out the various projects, we were absolutely certain that we would find amongst you those who would be willing to give generously with the understanding that there is no loss in such giving and that it is the highest of gains that might grant him the ultimate prize - AI-Jannah. Dear-brothers and sisters, as you realise your duty towards our community continue and your mosque reaches out to all of you, it's beloved attendees, to continue with your generosity and commitment. So thank you for contributing towards one of the houses of Almighty Allah. May He bless all of those giving in their wealth, health and Iman. Please keep it up and
